The Constellation Society is the University of Central Florida’s premier giving society, created to honor and celebrate donors’ impact on the university. In this vibrant community, donors will have the opportunity to engage with students, faculty, and university leadership through custom engagements, exclusive invitations, and special events.

UCF is America’s Space University. Founded in 1963 as Florida Technical University, the mission is to support the growing US space program on the coast — Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. Space — the stars — have always been in UCF’s roots and represented limitless possibilities.
The logo is inspired by the golden ratio — a nod to UCF’s creativity — and radiating stars as the society helps UCF continue to reach for the stars. In addition, the pattern traces the UCF map, featuring the constellations that the streets on campus are named, like Gemini Blvd, Pegasus Drive, and more. Inspired by the stars, the society recognizes more than 700 members through five levels: Polaris, Pegasus, Orion, Sirius, and Gemini. They are represented by icons that I illustrated, each containing the star formations as well.
